ABC-VOIP SIP Application Guide

A Get the App

Download the ABC-VoIP SIP app from the Google Play store.

In case you are having trouble obtaining the app from Google Play, you can also download it here. Please note that you might have to change the Settings on your Android^TM device to allow to install applications from sources other than Google Play.

B Log In

When the application starts, it will offer you to enter your ABC-VoIP account information. At any time you access or change your account information, by pressing the button.

Once on the account settings screen, you can enter your username and password. Please note that the username and password consist of digits only. You can find these by Logging In to your account and visiting the page labeled SIP/IAX INFO from the left hand side menu.

In case you don’t have an ABC-VoIP account, you can get a free account by going to our Register page, either on your computer or pressing the button from the application menu.

C Start Calling!

Once you successfully Log In, the ABC-VoIP icon will appear in the top bar on your Android device. The presence of this icon signifies that the ABC-VoIP application is running and that you can place calls through the ABC-VoIP service. We recommend paying attention to the presence of this icon as the ABC-VoIP app can integrate with your device, and, in case it fails to place the call through the ABC-VoIP service, it will attempt to place the call as a regular phone call through your carrier or provider, which can result in charges from your carrier or provider.
